Arthur J. Dembro, CPA, has more than seven years of experience as a senior accountant and financial manager for emerging technology companies. He spent three years in public accounting. He is experienced in all aspects of financial and managerial accounting, financial management, corporate control and in the generation and analysis of financial data. He has been involved in the development and administration of productivity, business strategy and corporate acquisitions.

He designed and implemented a project cost accounting system for Primeon, Inc., an e-business integrator and software developer. The project accounting system allowed Primeon to move many internal business functions to the Internet including billing, time entry, and expense reporting. The system reduced operating expenses and improved operating cash flow efficiency. Additional work performed at Primeon includes all elements of general ledger and project cost accounting, including billing, budgeting, accounts payable and the production of weekly and monthly financial reports.

Previously, he was Regional Controller at Agency.com, an Internet consulting firm. At Agency, he was integral to the company's IPO filing process and implemented a worldwide billing system. He also assisted in the integration of acquisitions into Agency's financial operations and supervised the companies billing function. Prior to becoming regional controller at Agency.com he was corporate controller at Interactive Solutions, Inc. As corporate controller, he managed the company's auditor relations and financial operations for the period of 1995-1999 and assisted with the subsequent sale of the company to Agency.com in April 1999.

Arthur received a BS in Accounting and Economics from Babson College and currently is attending the MBA/MSA program at Boston College. He is also a CFA Candidate having completed Level 1.
